Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of hourly associates to achieve performance goals, productivity, accuracy, and quality control standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive cost savings and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of daily, weekly, and monthly planning.
- Participate in the hiring, training, and coaching of associates to ensure a high-performing team.
- Use operational reports to evaluate department performance and make data-driven decisions.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 1+ year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent legally permissible.
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand.
