Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to support faculty and staff within clinical departments in the School of Medicine. The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert and internal asset for HR policy and procedures, providing guidance and support to departmental leaders and staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in human resources management, preferably in a higher education or medical academic environment
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and build partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders in a diverse organization
  • Strong consultative skills, with excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Ability to exercise strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and to set/meet deadlines, organize workload, and juggle changing priorities

Salary and Other Details

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 per year, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
