- Develop and implement departmental projects related to Human Resources management, collaborating with Division Chairs and Department Administrators to achieve goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Division Chairs and Department Administrators to initiate and complete recruitment processes in Talent/Cornerstone.
- Maintain all records, processing needs, and changes for staff and faculty, including PAF changes.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in human resources management. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to work independently under minimal supervision as well as in a team.
">Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000, and you will be eligible for VCU's robust benefits package, which includes comprehensive health benefits, paid annual and holiday leave, generous tuition benefit, retirement planning and savings options, tax-deferred annuity and cash match programs, employee discounts, well-being resources, and more.
