Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Solutions Sales Representative to join our team. As a Commercial HVAC Consultant, you will be responsible for selling facility solutions, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to commercial facilities in Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell facility solutions, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to commercial facilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and grow revenue in designated geographic areas
  • Provide technical solutions and operational expertise to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline preferred
  • A minimum of three years of progressive field sales experience with at least one year successfully selling similar service or projects
  • In-depth knowledge of the industrial/commercial HVAC sales industry as well as client relations
  • A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • LEED Certification preferred but not required
