We are in search of a skilled IT support technician to assist our clients with inquiries and challenges related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The technician will engage with clients both remotely and in person, guiding them through system configurations and troubleshooting, with a focus on efficient issue resolution. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Process Evaluation and Enhancement:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize technology support efficiency.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting:
Provide expert troubleshooting and devise solutions for complex hardware and software challenges.
  • Desktop and Workstation Support:
Assist with Windows 10 and newer operating systems.
Proficient in MS Office (365) and related email applications.
Familiarity with various online platforms.
Manage network and local printers/plotters.
Expertise in Windows Server environments and associated technologies.
  • Basic Networking:
Oversee and resolve fundamental networking issues.
  • VOIP Device Support:
Troubleshoot and support VOIP devices.
  • Mobile Device Management:
Assist with mobile devices and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  • Collaboration:
Work alongside cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve intricate issues.
Assist in domain administration, managing users, devices, and groups.

Communication and Assistance:
  • Professional Guidance:
Offer guidance on technology usage while maintaining professional communication with end-users.
  • Inventory Management:
Support the management and maintenance of IT asset inventory, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.

Organization:
  • Documentation:
Responsible for documenting various technology systems.
  • Collaboration and Time Management:
Regularly collaborate with colleagues, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a calendar and honoring time commitments.
