Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a positive experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities- Suggest Additional Services: Comfortably suggest additional services to guests based on inspection and/or manufacturer and Valvoline recommendations.
- Effective Communication: Possess effective interpersonal and oral communication skills to interact with people face-to-face.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Physical Demands: Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods of time, and climb stairs.
- Competitive Pay: Earn a competitive weekly pay rate of $20.75/hour.
- Paid Training: Receive paid on-the-job training, with no previous automotive experience required.
