Job Title: Host and Guest Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host and Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Townhall Video. As a Host and Guest Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Seating: Greet guests as they enter the restaurant, and seat them at tables or in waiting areas, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Menu Knowledge: Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Table Management: Assign guests to tables they prefer, while maintaining a balanced rotation to ensure servers receive the right number of customers.
  • Guest Engagement: Engage with guests to ensure they are happy with their food and service, and respond to any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Phone and Reservation Management: Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be at least 16 years of age upon date of hire.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
