Key Responsibilities- Member Services: Greet members and guests, check them into the system, and facilitate updates to their accounts.
- Phone and Email Support: Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner.
- Tour and Sales: Provide tours of our facility and assist with new member sign-ups.
- Account Maintenance: Assist with account maintenance, including checking members into the system and facilitating updates to their accounts.
- Club Maintenance: Assist with maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
- Customer Service Background: Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills are required.
- Fitness and Health: A passion for fitness and health is essential.
- Positive Attitude: An upbeat and positive attitude is a must.
- Punctuality and Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills are required, including the ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
- High School Diploma/GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Standing and Walking: Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Talking: Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Lifting: Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bending and Kneeling: Must be able to frequently bend, reach, and kneel in order to complete cleaning tasks throughout the club.
