The IT Portfolio Manager - Strategic Project Lead will oversee corporate IT infrastructure and security projects of varying sizes and scopes. This position involves taking company-wide portfolios from vision to release, contributing to strategy discussions, and ensuring project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and facilitate project team meetings, manage and prioritize tasks, and plan and coordinate IT initiatives.
  • Portfolio Management: Build integrated dashboards, provide insights utilizing tools like Anaplan and Smartsheet, and help deploy IT project management tools.
  • Change Management: Define change schedule and freeze calendar, contribute to demand management, and develop capacity models.
  • Project Success Metrics: Create and measure project success metrics, and contribute to quarterly and annual planning.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of IT project management experience
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • PMP and Agile certifications preferred

Pay Rate: $80 - $86/hr
