Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role involves the upkeep and repair of common areas and residential units across various manufactured home communities. Daily tasks will be assigned by the Community Managers at locations within the designated portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain common areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
  • Perform minor electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, and outlets.
  • Conduct minor painting tasks as needed.
  • Execute basic plumbing repairs, including faucet replacements and drain clearing.
  • Oversee general maintenance tasks such as replacing screens, disposals, and locks, along with property cleaning.
  • Troubleshoot utility outages and address related issues.
  • Manage water meter shut-offs and replacements as per schedule.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to bend, stoop, walk, and climb ladders for the majority of the workday.
  • Ability to lift and carry maintenance supplies weighing 30 pounds or more.
  • Proficient in safely using hand tools such as hammers and drills.
  • Competence in logging maintenance records using digital tools.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in property management or residential maintenance; experience in mobile home parks is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to conduct research using online resources.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22.
  • Access to a company vehicle for work-related travel.
