Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Drive sales through advanced product knowledge, innovative merchandising, and effective communication with customers.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, recovering merchandise, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer-centric environment.
  • Availability: Part-time status requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
