About the Role
As a Retirement Solutions Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to provide essential support during the sales process of 401(k) products, contributing to the growth and retention strategies of Sentry.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting our sales teams with the promotion of our 401(k) offerings. Your key duties will include:

  • Serving as a primary resource for sales teams and management, addressing inquiries related to product offerings and marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitating the sale of 401(k) and group insurance products through phone consultations and informative training sessions.
  • Generating and evaluating reports that reflect pre-sale and post-sale activities to enhance our sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Providing detailed information on investment options, product specifications, and plan design to support new sales initiatives.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years in 401(k) sales or related support roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of qualified retirement plans and group benefit insurance products.
  • Familiarity with investment principles related to retirement plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CPFA, QPFC, QKA, ARPC, AIF, AIFA, CIMA, or CFP are advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and implement efficient workflow processes.
