Powder Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Powder Parts Coordinator to join our team at Janco Industries. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing parts for powder application and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

• Identify and prepare parts for powder application, including plugging holes, taping, and wiping.
• Efficiently hang parts on the line to support the powder application process.
• Conduct 100% visual inspection of parts and verify quantities.
• Organize completed parts for assembly or shipping and ensure accurate paperwork accompanies them.
• Utilize proper tools and equipment to support customer requirements and quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience on a powder coat line is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Basic knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
