Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is collaborating with a reputable school district in California to find a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team for the ongoing school year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in a K-12th grade setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of occupational therapy experience
  • Basic OT duties and caseload management
  • General liability insurance
  • Virtual position with 24/25 school year schedule
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week
Interview Process
  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district
  • Offer typically made within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
