Job Title: Physical Therapist

Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing treatment programs to restore and improve the physical functions of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of patients and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Update and modify treatment plans on an ongoing basis
  • Use clinical reasoning to treat and plan patient care
  • Instruct and counsel patients in exercises, home programs, and patient education
  • Maintain open communication with patients and referring physicians regarding patient care and progress
  • Treat patients with dignity and respect
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current California PT license required
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
  • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
  • Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outpatient experience preferred, new graduates welcome to apply
