Key Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Manager of HR Technology, you will serve as the strategic architect of our HR technology ecosystem, merging your knowledge of HR processes, technology, and product management to foster innovative advancements. Your responsibilities will transcend conventional HR IT management, focusing on developing the product vision and strategic roadmap for our HR technology systems. You will utilize cutting-edge IT solutions to achieve our HR goals, enhancing operational effectiveness and promoting a culture of ongoing improvement. Employing product management best practices, you will lead the design and execution of comprehensive HR technology solutions, ensuring they align with our overarching strategic objectives.

This leadership role will oversee the establishment of the HR workplace technology framework and deliver transformative leadership and technical insight that propels the organization forward.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Crafting and articulating a comprehensive product strategy for our Workday, iCIMS, and internal HR solutions.
  • Defining and communicating a long-term vision that aligns with industry developments and client requirements.
  • Leading and motivating a successful product management team, cultivating a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
  • Providing mentorship and support to IT product managers and solution leaders, aiding in their professional development and contributing to product success.
  • Leveraging extensive knowledge of HR processes and policies, along with SaaS platforms like Workday and iCIMS.
  • Driving the IT roadmap and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proposing, finalizing, and executing the HR transformation roadmap for technologies and platforms within our DocuSign HR portfolio.
  • Designing and developing HR processes, roadmaps, and plans, while engaging with teams for effective planning and implementation.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes relevant to our products.
  • Conducting regular market assessments and gathering insights to guide product strategy and positioning.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback regarding our products.
  • Leading initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through product enhancements and innovative solutions.
  • Managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion, ensuring teams achieve desired outcomes.
  • Developing plans and ensuring teams remain on track by providing ongoing visibility into product status to all stakeholders.
  • Identifying and addressing obstacles that hinder product teams from achieving their objectives.
Job Designation

Hybrid: Employees will split their time between in-office and remote work, with a minimum expectation of in-office attendance.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, HR, or a quantitative discipline.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience with large HR solutions such as Workday and iCIMS.
  • At least 7 years in leadership roles with a proven history of success in strategic planning and developing IT solutions focused on HR workflows.
  • Experience in utilizing deep functional and technical expertise to enhance internal employee workflows and experiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in establishing and implementing key performance indicators to evaluate the success and impact of digital initiatives, with an emphasis on measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proactive and clear communicator and presenter.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
