Role Summary:
As the Sustainment Integrated Logistics Support Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our logistics strategies and ensuring the seamless operation of our systems and products. Your leadership will be essential in driving initiatives that support our sustainment strategy and align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract execution, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, performance, schedule, and risk management.
- Conduct Estimate At Completion (EAC) reviews to maintain project integrity.
- Manage Financial and Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) reporting.
- Supervise Government Finished Property (GFP) inventory management.
- Provide support for field activities and maintenance operations.
- Facilitate organic and international depot-level maintenance.
- Engage in shared product management and logistics services.
- Implement full product service life surveillance and life extension planning.
- Ensure compliance with customer policies and specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement in product and support services.
- Prepare and deliver briefings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Strategically plan and execute long-term operational readiness support.
Travel Requirements:
This position may require up to 30% travel, both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Sustainment, Logistics, Program Management, or Engineering.
- Proven experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and managing program performance.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Active U.S. government issued security clearance is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in managing diverse teams in logistics and sustainment activities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accountability and flexibility.
- Strong track record in developing customer relationships and meeting contractual obligations.
- Military experience in relevant fields is advantageous.
- Knowledge of product life cycle management principles.
- Possession of a Top Secret Clearance is a plus.
