Sales Director Strategic Accounts

We are seeking a dynamic and high-energy Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for maximizing Amprius Technologies' market share and sales opportunities by promoting product growth and providing development, management, and account direction for assigned accounts.
Key responsibilities include formulating and implementing a sales strategy with an aggressive growth mindset to meet and exceed revenue targets as planned, establishing and tactically implementing market penetration plans, managing and growing existing relationships with assigned accounts, and evaluating and identifying opportunities and sales potential.
A salary range of $155,000 - $185,000 (DOE) is offered, in addition to comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, vacation leave, paid holidays, and sick time off.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in engineering and 8+ years of experience with a successful track record in the battery industry or a related field. Experience interfacing with OEMs and/or Tier-One customers/suppliers is also required.
