Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Research and resolve technical issues using online resources and professional networks.
  • Manage day-to-day network issues and ensure seamless system operation.
  • Configure new laptops and coordinate access requirements with management.
  • Assist with onboarding new personnel and create user accounts in Active Directory.
  • Maintain regular communication with users regarding equipment issues.
  • Participate in after-hours support and train users on hardware, software, and equipment usage.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including SOPs and working practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent 10 years of experience in IT support.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Office 365.
  • Basic knowledge of network technology fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, infrastructure, and wireless.
