- Manage day-to-day network issues and ensure seamless system operation.
- Configure new laptops and coordinate access requirements with management.
- Assist with onboarding new personnel and create user accounts in Active Directory.
- Maintain regular communication with users regarding equipment issues.
- Participate in after-hours support and train users on hardware, software, and equipment usage.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including SOPs and working practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent 10 years of experience in IT support.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Office 365.
- Basic knowledge of network technology fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, infrastructure, and wireless.
