We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team at KRUEGER, a 73-year-old industry leader. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing relationships with our existing 2,000 business clients, while also identifying new opportunities and leading a small team to achieve similar results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to our existing client base.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
  • Supervise and guide team activity and results.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Superior supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Capacity to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing and Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
