We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at KRUEGER. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Train and develop team members on our systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting on sales activity and team performance using our CRM system.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to ensure the team is equipped to meet sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
