Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reports on field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.

  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment.

  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
