Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
- Provide daily reports on field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment.

- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
