As an Advanced Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough medical evaluations of patients and ensuring that they receive appropriate care tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform comprehensive medical assessments of patients.
2. Establish and oversee a suitable level of medical care for patients.
3. Maintain and enhance clinical competencies to ensure the highest standards of care.
4. Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Regional Medical Directors to align operations with medical policies and professional standards.
5. Work alongside the center leadership team to enhance the quality of care, patient satisfaction, and overall center performance.
Job Requirements:
- DEA and/or DOT Certification is required.
Work Schedule:
Standard hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, with no weekend or on-call duties.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000, along with an annual bonus structure based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Relocation Assistance:
Relocation support may be available depending on the candidate's circumstances.
