Job Summary:

Christus Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a busy OBGYN practice in a regional referral center. The ideal candidate will have current certification to practice as an Advance Practice Nurse in the State of Texas and one year of full-time post-licensure clinical nursing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Certified Nurse Midwife
  • Collaborate with a team of physicians and midwives to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement new ideas or systems to improve patient care and satisfaction
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion while performing duties

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Texas midwife certification
  • One year of full-time post-licensure clinical nursing experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills to direct others toward successful treatment of patients
