Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.
