Job Summary

">

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Geologist or Hydrogeologist to join our team in Seattle or Bellevue, Washington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of projects related to contaminated site investigation and remediation, environmental due diligence, litigation support, and regulatory coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams to conduct Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies for remediation projects with varying degrees of complexity and/or overall scope.">
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality results.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals.">
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant federal and state environmental regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.">
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex environmental issues, including contaminant fate and transport, and regulatory requirements.">
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in geology, hydrogeology, engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.">
  • Professionally licensed in Washington.">
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in environmental consulting, including planning and performing site investigation, characterization, and remediation in Washington State.">
  • Strong knowledge of applicable federal and state environmental regulations.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.">
  • A commitment to safety, with working knowledge of State and Federal health and safety requirements.">

Salary and Benefits

">

The estimated base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on education and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance, as well as vacation/sick/holiday pay, employee stock ownership program (ESOP), 401(k) with employer matching, health saving account with employer contribution, and tuition reimbursement for job-related classes.
