**Job Summary**
Carlow University's College of Health and Wellness and School of Nursing is seeking a full-time (12 month) Coordinator for Undergraduate Nursing Clinical Placement and Adjunct faculty to work in our undergraduate nursing department at our Oakland campus.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage undergraduate student clinical placement, onboarding paperwork, clinical schedules, clinical contracts, and organizing of the course and clinical sites/practicum sites as mandated by the School of Nursing's accrediting agencies.
- Recruit and facilitate onboarding of adjunct faculty, manage preceptor assignments and verification of required paperwork, and serve as a primary contact for clinical affiliation agreements.
- Collaborate with program directors to ensure that adjunct clinical faculty and preceptors are prepared with appropriate educational materials regarding their roles and responsibilities.
- Maintain an effective electronic student tracking system across all clinical nursing programs.
- Maintain relationships with Nursing clinical partners and Collaborate with the academic program leadership and faculty/staff to achieve and ensure regulatory compliance.
**Requirements**
- Valid, current, unrestricted Pennsylvania RN License.
- BSN required, MSN preferred.
- Clearances upon hire and updated every three years to include ACT 153 Clearances (FBI Fingerprints, Child Abuse, and PA State Police).
- Experience with healthcare technology.
- Demonstrable success in student engagement.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
