The Mental Health Association - Western MA is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead our residential staff. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, train staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster a supportive environment for participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management:
    • Oversee the program's day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to agency policies and procedures.
    • Develop and implement plans to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Provide supervision and guidance to residential staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

  • Participant Support:
    • Guide staff in supporting participants through advocacy, daily living skills, and community integration.

    • Maintain a safe environment by addressing safety hazards, reporting accidents, and adhering to agency safety policies.
    • Respond promptly to medical and psychiatric emergencies.
