Insurance Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Professional to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Companies. As an Associate Account Executive, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships and providing exceptional service to our commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the client team in managing the client service cycle, including requesting updated exposure information, building submissions, reviewing quotes, and issuing certificates of insurance.
- Assist in growing the book of business by working closely with producers and associate client executives.
- Communicate frequently with placement brokers, client executives, and internal stakeholders, and draft and send correspondences as needed.
- Maintain the account management system and software, ensuring all posted information is accurate and timely.
- Complete all filings and documentation necessary for account work and compliance purposes, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Independently coordinate and organize large ad-hoc or reoccurring events, including managing communications, creating agendas, and managing budgets.
- Draft and review presentations or deliverables for account work, ensuring all content is accurate and relevant.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years of commercial lines insurance experience in a client-facing role.
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License or the ability to obtain shortly after hire.
- MS Office proficiency with robust Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and a quick learner.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Must possess strong communication skills.
