Position Overview:
The English Literature Educator is tasked with developing instructional materials that align with educational standards and assessments. This role involves collaboration with fellow educators to support school-wide initiatives aimed at achieving the institution's objectives for student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a comprehensive curriculum framework that aligns with educational assessment standards.
- Develop weekly instructional plans that adhere to state educational standards and current curriculum guidelines.
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback in a timely manner.
- Engage in regular communication with team members regarding academic expectations.
- Maintain open lines of communication with families regarding student progress.
- Collaborate with ESL and special education instructors.
