About This Role

Riello, a Carrier corporation, is seeking an experienced professional in Distribution Channel Management to participate in various activities and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will represent the company's interests and build business relationships to enhance distribution channel management performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage commercial accounts across the western United States.
  • Establish prospects and develop professional relationships to understand customer needs.
  • Aid in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments to support the business strategy.
  • Prospect bid opportunities, participate in bid response preparation, and negotiate with potential customers.
  • Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
  • Identify prospective target accounts and present to the sales business development team.
  • Develop personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows to increase organizational visibility.
  • Drive sales in the Western US.
  • Develop commercial partnership relations.
  • Find new markets for existing products.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of Account Management Experience or Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of Account Management Experience.
  • 3+ Years of Combustion System or Boiler related industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven Record of Sales Growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with both external customers and across functional teams of sales, engineering, manufacturing & marketing associates.
  • Sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication, and sense of ownership.
  • Outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize.
  • Unwavering customer service orientation with appropriate level of customer empathy.
