Job Title: Brand Manager

At L&F Distributors, we are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, and daily management of assigned wine suppliers through all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory to ensure consistent days on hand throughout the state, and build purchase orders for both direct and stateside sales.
  • Product Pricing Strategies: Work closely with the finance team to develop and implement product pricing strategies, new item set ups, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Portfolio Analysis: Analyze the FB portfolio to identify gaps for potential new item additions.
  • Brand Success: Drive brand success by actively communicating and supporting the selling efforts of all sales teams and chain account managers.
  • Sales Incentives: Collaborate with assigned suppliers on sales incentives and market directives.
  • Luxury Wine Allocations: Develop strategies for luxury wine allocations for each major market in Texas.
  • Program Execution: Monitor, track, and update execution on programs for assigned suppliers.
  • Supplier Communication: Regularly communicate with suppliers on programs, products changes, and market updates.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years' experience in the beverage industry.
  • Wine Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of wine and wine regions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Organization Skills: Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Certifications: WSET, Sommelier, and CSW certifications encouraged.
Physical Demands:
  • Sitting and Driving: Sitting while doing desk work and sitting while driving.
  • Physical Activity: Walking, bending, reaching, standing, and squatting.
  • Travel: Moderate travel required throughout Texas, as well as educational opportunities with key suppliers domestically and occasionally internationally.
