Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join our team at Clarios, LLC. As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will play a key role in establishing a system to identify scrap opportunities across the process, developing a Process Capability Metric (PCM) process, and conducting process audits for the Quality Team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a scrap reduction plan to minimize waste and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Quality Team to establish a process for training on shop floor
  • Assist with bi-weekly PCM Dashboard and weekly process audits
  • Contribute to the development of a training plan for new hires and current team members

Requirements



  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering
  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
