Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to join our team at Clarios. As a Quality Intern, you will play a key role in establishing a system to identify scrap opportunities across the process, developing a Process Capability Metric (PCM) process, and conducting process audits for the Quality Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a scrap reduction strategy to minimize waste and improve process efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Quality Team to develop and maintain process documentation and standards
  • Assist with the development and implementation of training programs for new hires and current team members
  • Conduct process audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
  • Provide support for the development and maintenance of quality metrics and dashboards
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering
  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
