About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our quality engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our internal and external users.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts for functional requirements validation, integration, regression, and usability testing.
  • Communicate effectively with team members at all levels to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Follow quality assurance standards and track quality assurance activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Learn and apply project high-level and detailed business requirements to create effective test strategies and plans.
  • Create test artifacts, including Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Requirements Traceability Matrices, to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain reusable test data for automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce testing time.
  • Create, execute, and debug SQL scripts to validate test results and ensure data integrity.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks and software testing experience in all phases of testing.
  • Excellent understanding of QA and testing methodologies, best practices, and experience using SQL to query databases.
  • Experience with test data management techniques and change management and defect tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and written communication skills.
