About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Good Day Farm. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dispensary, ensuring that our patients receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that patients are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Advising patients on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with new cannabis products and industry trends to provide expert advice to patients.
  • Process patient payments and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and that employees are well-trained and supported.
  • Resolving customer issues and providing leadership and direction to all employees.
  • Work closely with ownership to ensure the store is profitable and reputable.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that the store is well-stocked and clean.
  • Complete tasks assigned by ownership accurately and efficiently.
  • Take inventory of cannabis products and ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
  • Maintain compliance by following company and state policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as an AGM or GM in a dispensary.
  • Ability to pass a background check and receive a facility agent card from the state.
  • Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well with other team members and be self-motivated and possess a desire for self-development.
  • Ability to work autonomously when required and meet the physical demands of the role.
