Key Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest cannabis products and trends, advising patients on suitable options based on their needs and preferences.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the dispensary, including inventory management, stocking, and cleaning.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support our team members, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, maintaining compliance with state regulations.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with our ownership team, providing regular updates on store performance and suggesting improvements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience working as an Executive Retail Manager or similar role in a dispensary or retail environment.
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skills: Outstanding organizational skills, effective communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space, with the ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
