About the Job

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves managing various aspects of office operations, including customer service, personnel support, and operations management.

Estimated Salary: $21/hour + Incentives

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries, providing exceptional service and fostering positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Manage physician order tracking, assemble initial POC packets, and submit for timely signatures.
  • Support various personnel functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years general office experience
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
