- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive culinary management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to train and develop team members.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- NYC Food Handler's certification, Serv Safe certification, and Allertrain certification.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
