We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a champion of patient care, you will provide expert support to our clinical staff and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for examination and treatment by taking vital signs and conducting patient histories.
- Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
- Assist physicians with injections, lab testing, and phlebotomy, as well as apply splints, dressings, and bandages.
- Coordinate patient physicals and workplace injuries, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Screen incoming calls and refer patients to physicians and practitioners as needed.
