Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical assisting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist healthcare providers with patient exams and procedures
  • Take vital signs and record patient information
  • Prepare patients for exams and procedures
  • Administer medications and injections
  • Develop and implement patient education plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

  • 1+ Years of Experience - Required
  • Medical Assistant Diploma - Required
  • MA Diploma must be from a program that meets accreditation standards from either CAAHEP or ABHES
  • BLS (AHA or ARC) - Required
