Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Upsell and promote additional services and amenities to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring accurate information is provided to guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
