Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Maintenance Specialist to enhance our service department. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles. Your tasks will include oil changes, fluid inspections, tire rotations, and other routine services.

Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage shop inventory by monitoring oil and parts usage and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Perform lubrication services on vehicle components and check tire pressure and tread depth.
  • Provide customers with recommendations for additional services based on their vehicle's mileage and service history.
  • Drain and replace engine oil, and inspect and replenish transmission, brake, power steering, and coolant fluids.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a lube technician or similar automotive role.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficient in the safe use of automotive tools, lifts, and other workshop equipment.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential for this position.
