Senior Construction Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced Large-Scale Multi-Family Project Manager to manage our complex construction projects in the New England region. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing business growth strategies, and collaborating with senior management to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, inspiring high-performance teams, and driving business growth through innovative strategies. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, you should have a deep understanding of construction processes, market dynamics, and business growth strategies in multi-family construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our presence in the multi-family construction market.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
