The Staff Pad is seeking a skilled Project Director to oversee commercial construction projects in the DFW Area, Texas. This role involves managing all aspects of project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to closeout. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure financial constraints are maintained.">
  • Oversee project scheduling, ensuring milestones are met and potential risks are identified early on.">
  • Collaborate with the design team, owners, and subcontractors to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth project progression.">
  • Facilitate project meetings, coordinate multiple teams, and maintain accurate records of contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.">
  • Provide regular project status reports to senior management and clients, covering financial performance, schedule updates, risks, and progress towards project goals.">
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.">

Requirements

We seek a seasoned professional with 5-7 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects, preferably with a background in budgeting, scheduling, and coordination.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred) and possess relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR, and others.

We value expertise in project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, as well as strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.

Competitive salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
