">The Staff Pad is seeking a skilled Project Director to oversee commercial construction projects in the DFW Area, Texas. This role involves managing all aspects of project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to closeout. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
">Responsibilities
">- Manage project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure financial constraints are maintained.">
- Oversee project scheduling, ensuring milestones are met and potential risks are identified early on.">
- Collaborate with the design team, owners, and subcontractors to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth project progression.">
- Facilitate project meetings, coordinate multiple teams, and maintain accurate records of contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.">
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management and clients, covering financial performance, schedule updates, risks, and progress towards project goals.">
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.">
Requirements
">We seek a seasoned professional with 5-7 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects, preferably with a background in budgeting, scheduling, and coordination.
">Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred) and possess relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR, and others.
">We value expertise in project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, as well as strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.
">Competitive salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
