Mental Health Service Coordinator

The Downtown Emergency Service Center is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a HOST On-Call Support Position. In this role, you will play a vital part in our multi-disciplinary team, providing on-call support services to individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and substance use disorders.
Responsibilities- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to clients in need.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with external agencies and service providers.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and program evaluations to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and service outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Registration as a Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) or any other superseding credential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse client populations.
