Join Our Team

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SUD Case Manager to join our team at the Downtown Emergency Service Center. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing case management services to homeless adults with severe mental health disorders and/or co-occurring substance use disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach and engagement services in office, on the streets, in shelters, encampments, and other community areas.
  • Assess client needs, develop service plans, and coordinate linkages to essential services.
  • Collaborate with other DESC programs and outside agencies to ensure successful transition of consumers to ongoing care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Ability to meet Washington Department of Health requirements for registration as a Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC).
  • Experience working with homeless populations and substance use disorders.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
