Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and nurturing licensed life and health insurance professionals to work with our brokerage general agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Nurturing: Recruit and nurture licensed life and health insurance professionals to collaborate with our agency.
  • CRM Management: Maintain good CRM skills to create, log, and generate reports on daily activities.
  • Identifying New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential markets, customer needs, and opportunities for partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establish, develop, and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning and Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective execution of business development plans.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives.
