Clinical Oversight Manager

The Clinical Oversight Manager plays a pivotal role in supervising and guiding the clinical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, accurate documentation, and adherence to professional standards in client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor clinical staff to promote effective service delivery.
- Provide direct clinical services for a minimum of 20 hours while managing a personal caseload.
- Collaborate with clinical personnel to assess and monitor client progress and treatment responses.
- Conduct monthly supervision sessions with clinical staff.
- Review and authorize all clinical documentation submitted by team members.
- Evaluate and approve treatment plans prepared by staff.
- Participate in monthly supervisory meetings with the Program Director.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings as required.
- Maintain organized clinical supervision records for team members.
- Analyze quality assurance reports and manage caseloads, including intake and discharge processes.
- Address client grievances and complaints, reporting them to the Program Director.
- Provide clinical direction and support to team members.
- Respond to client concerns in accordance with established policies.
- Oversee the creation of treatment plans and ensure proper documentation.
- Document face-to-face consultations in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Be available for crisis intervention strategies as needed.
- Inform the staff psychiatrist of any significant changes in clients' physical or mental health.
- Attend team meetings as necessary.
- Stay updated on all company policies and procedures through ongoing training.
- Work closely with the Program Director, Psychiatrist, and Medical Director, providing regular updates.
- Engage with clients, colleagues, and management in a respectful and non-judgmental manner.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, tailoring messages to the audience's understanding.
- Embrace the organizational mission and shared purpose of delivering quality services to individuals.
- Contribute to a positive agency image by collaborating with other units and community organizations.
- Exhibit professional work ethics through reliability, diligence, and punctuality.
- Conduct quality control checks on client records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage discharge summaries and monitor patient status.
- Ensure quality control for services rendered to meet billing standards.
- Complete charge slips for all signed notes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Psychology, Human Development, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
- Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania is required.
