Key Responsibilities- Site Management: Manage the site in the absence of the Executive Director or Administrator, ensuring seamless operations and patient care.
- Clinical Oversight: Oversee clinical and administrative functions, including recordkeeping and quality assurance.
- Communication: Respond to phone referrals and inquiries in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner.
- On-Call Nursing: Participate in on-call nursing schedules and provide direct skilled bedside nursing care in patients' homes.
- Education: Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience: Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting, with a minimum of one year of management/supervisory experience.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment, CPR certification, and valid driver's license.
- Sensitivity: Demonstrate sensitivity to the feelings of terminally ill patients and their families.
- Flexibility: Show flexibility in performing a variety of tasks and adapting to changing situations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with people of all socioeconomic backgrounds.
